Atatürk Dam, which was built with anthropocentric control policies, started to organize the rural and transform its cycles by settling as an invading organ. It blocked the flow of water, the migration of fish, and the daily movements of people and other creatures of the body without organs in one place, and with this policy of settlement, it had control over them.
The dams placed gradually on the body of the Euphrates prevent the flow of water and accumulate it by stabilizing, thus generating electricity by converting the potential energy of the accumulated water. The policy of the dam is basically to make control easy by locating the flows of the organless.
Fish farms, controlled irrigated industrialized agricultural areas, factories that consume these agricultural lands, flooded settlements and hygienic urban areas established as an alternative to them, tourism centers are among these settlement policies that reproduced in the body of the Euphrates due to dams.
As a result of these policies, the organless cycles of water, people, plants, soil and fish, which became settled, were interrupted and turned into the means of consumption of the capitals.

However, as a result of these effects of the Atatürk Dam, unexpected errors have emerged. In the Harran Plain, drought caused by excessive irrigation, soil impoverishment by the dominant cotton, pollution in fish farms, and plant-tree species that could not grow due to the changing microclimate started to spread by metastasizing in the body created by the dam, like cancer cells.
